After Purchase - How to Activate Your Premium
After completing your purchase, follow these simple steps to activate your premium subscription:
Check Your Email
You'll receive a license email with subject "Your Followly License Key". Note the email address used for purchase.
Install Extension (if not already installed)
Click the "Add to Chrome" or "Add to Edge" button at the top of this page to install Followly.
Sign In to Extension
Click the Followly extension icon in your browser, then click "Sign In".
Enter Your Purchase Email
Enter the SAME email address you used when purchasing. This is very important!
Click the Magic Link
Check your inbox for the magic link email and click the link to activate your premium.
Important: Use the SAME email address you used during checkout. If your premium doesn't activate, click "Restore Purchase" at the bottom of the extension popup.

How does the free tier work?
The free tier allows you to export up to 1000 Instagram profiles. No credit card required. Once you reach the limit, you can upgrade to a premium plan.
What's the difference between the plans?
The free tier has a 1000 profile limit. Premium plans (30-Day Pass, Monthly, Yearly) offer unlimited exports. The 30-Day Pass is a one-time payment for 30 days access. Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time. No questions asked. The 30-Day Pass is a one-time payment and doesn't auto-renew.
Do you store my Instagram data?
No, we never store your Instagram data. All exports happen locally in your browser. We only store your email for license verification.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) according to their refund policy. Contact us for assistance.
I see prices in EUR, but I use a different currency. How does this work?
All prices on our website are displayed in EUR (€). When you proceed to checkout, Paddle (our payment processor) automatically converts the price to your local currency using the current exchange rate. You'll see the exact price in your currency before completing your purchase. No surprises!
