Install Extension
Add Followly to Chrome or Edge from the respective web stores.

Open Instagram
Navigate to Instagram.com and log in to your account.

Export Data
Click the Followly icon in your browser toolbar, choose followers or following, and click Export. The CSV will download automatically.
