By using Followly, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

General Terms and Conditions

These Followly-specific Terms of Service are supplementary to the general VirtualOx B.V. Terms and Conditions (NLdigital Terms 2025). Both documents together govern your use of Followly.

In case of conflict between these Followly-specific terms and the general VirtualOx terms, these Followly-specific terms shall take precedence for matters specifically related to the Followly application.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Followly, you agree to be bound by both these Followly-specific Terms of Service and the general VirtualOx Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Followly subject to these Terms. Ownership of the software remains with VirtualOx B.V. at all times.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension
• Use Followly for illegal purposes or spam
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or licensing
• Transfer or resell your license to others

License validity depends on the purchased product:

• 30-Day Pass: Valid for 30 days from purchase
• Monthly Subscription: Valid during active subscription period
• Yearly Subscription: Valid during active subscription period

Free Tier

The free tier allows you to export up to 1000 Instagram profiles. This limit may be changed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Premium Plans

• 30-Day Pass: One-time payment of €9.99 for 30 days of unlimited exports. Does not auto-renew.
• Monthly Subscription: €5.99/month, auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly Subscription: €49.99/year, auto-renews yearly. Cancel anytime.

Premium plans are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Paddle is responsible for payment processing, VAT compliance, and refunds. Their policies are available at https://www.paddle.com/legal.

Delivery and Activation

After successful payment, your license is automatically delivered and activated. Delivery is digital via email, browser extension, or desktop application.

Payments and invoicing are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, VAT compliance, and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Our products are delivered as digital content or digital services. Important information for EU customers:

One-time Licenses (30-Day Pass)

The digital license is delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

After successful delivery or activation, refunds are not possible unless otherwise determined by Paddle's refund policy or in case of technical delivery errors.

Subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly)

For subscriptions, the service is continuously delivered for the duration of the subscription period. The statutory 14-day withdrawal period begins at the time of first payment. When you choose immediate access to the service during this period, you waive the right of withdrawal once the service is fully delivered.

Subscriptions automatically renew but can be canceled at any time via the Paddle customer portal or via the link in your confirmation email.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed exclusively according to Paddle's refund policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund when the digital license has already been activated or the service has already been delivered.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal or the link in your confirmation email. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. The 30-Day Pass does not auto-renew and does not require cancellation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Followly for:

• Illegal purposes or activities
• Spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages
• Violating Instagram's Terms of Service
• Scraping data at rates that violate Instagram's rate limits
• Sharing or reselling your license to others

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations.

Limitation of Liability

Followly is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Instagram account issues or bans
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of Followly is at your own risk.

Instagram Compliance

Followly uses Instagram's public GraphQL API. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's Terms of Service. We recommend using conservative export speeds (1.5s-2.0s) to avoid rate limiting.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Followly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, as specified in the VirtualOx General Terms and Conditions.

The following documents govern your use of Followly, in order of specificity:
